Ross Downing Buick GMC Of Gonzales

On October 13, I went to Ross Downing of Gonzales. The vehicle I purchased was supposed to have heated seats and remote start. These were important features to me. While inspecting the vehicle I was going to purchase I found out that it did not have heated seats. I was willing to overlook this as long as it had the remote start and the sales person stated that it did. I unfortunately found out the next afternoon that it in fact did not have remote start. I also found out much information that was not disclosed or was plainly lied about. When I called the dealership to discuss this fact they decided to have the remote start installed. When I called to find out when the parts might arrive I was given the run around for a couple days. Then when the parts finally arrived I made an appointment and asked how long it would take. I was told about an hour or two. Upon arrival I was told it would take about 4 hours to install and program. While it only took 2.5 hours, I have grown tired of all the lies. I have no trust or faith in Ross Downing. I would rate this dealership zero stars. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I ever shop this dealership or any of its sister dealerships in the future.

Went to Ross Downing looking for a new vehicle for our family. The salesman, Brennan B., was fantastic. He went through all of our options and was extremely detailed in explaining and showing us each feature. Came back on Tuesday night (after 6:30 pm), and the team at Ross Downing stayed with us to complete the purchasing process until nearly 11:00 pm. Mr. Joe, Finance Manager, was so thorough and detailed. Experience has been top notch to this point! Thanks, Andrew and Misty B.
